1. The Aashirvaad Atta Lottery – 12 years of No.1 Atta” (“the Contest”) is organised by ITC Limited purely for promotional purposes.
2. The Contest is open only for Indian citizens who are currently residing in India and have completed the age of 18 years as on 1 July 2019.
3. The contest is not open for the following persons: employees, contractors, directors and officers of ITC Limited, its subsidiary and affiliated companies, distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion vendors involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Contest (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or “step”) of each and those living in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Contest).
4. The Contest shall be open from 00:00 hours on 6th July 2019 and shall close on 6st September 2019 at 23:59hours (“Contest Period”).
5. Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Contest shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.
6. The Contest is only applicable for purchase of Aashirvaad Superior MP Atta or Aashirvaad Shudh Chakki Atta (depending on the location of the consumers) of the following quantities: 500g (only for Aashirvaad Superior MP Atta), 1 kg, 2 kg, 5 kg and 10 kg (Aashirvaad Atta Pack”).
7. Participation in this Contest is purely voluntary. By participating in this Contest, each Participant is deemed to have accepted the complete terms and conditions of this Contest.
8. Participants will need to give a missed-call on 9603496034 to take part in the Contest. The Participant would then receive a notification on Whatsapp. The Participant must submit the following as their entry for the Contest: a photograph in the form of a selfie with the Aashirvaad Atta Pack which along with the slogan “I love Aashirvaad Atta because ” (“Entry”).
9. The Participant will have to send his name and city of residence to complete his participation. A Participant must have a valid number on Whatsapp to participate in this contest.
10. A Participant can submit multiple entries however there will be only one winner from every household.
11. Incomplete and invalid entries which are not in the format mentioned on the submission page will not be accepted. In such a situation, a Participant will receive a message to resubmit the entry as per the required format.
12. Winner Declaration: Winners of the Contest will be announced on the Aashirvaad Atta www.aashirvaadatta.com within 15 days from the entries being received on a particular day.
13. 12 winners will be selected every hour for a total of 8 hours each Day in the Contest Period i.e. a total of 96 winners will be announced for each Day in the Contest Period. All winners selected according to this clause 13 shall individually be referred to as “Winner” and collectively as “Winners”. The selection of Winners will be on the parameters of creativity of the photo and the slogan. A “Day” is defined as a period of 24 hours starting from 00:00 hours and ending at 23:59 hours the same day.
14. The Winners will be rewarded with a free supply of a fixed quantity of Aashirvaad Atta Packs (up to a maximum of 10kgs per household in certain states and 5kgs per household in other states, as applicable to their address and location according to Clause 17) for a period of 12 months (“Prize”).
15. For Winners selected during the offer period, the Prize will be given for a period of 12 months beginning from 1 st October 2019 and ending 30 th September 2020 (both dates inclusive). These periods are collectively referred to as Prize Redemption Period.
